Greetings,
As most of you already know, the Anteater Involvement Fair will be happening this upcoming Monday 9/29/14. This is the one time of the year, other than ICS Day, where VGDC actually has a booth and goes out to talk to students who are interested in our organization. It is a really fun event because we typically get a lot of students who are amazed there is such a thing as a game development club on campus.
However, in order for us to put on such an event, we need some physical strength to haul our materials to our booth and for some people to actually sit at it during the event. Officially the fair lasts from 11:00am-3:30pm, but we will begin setting up much earlier because some freshmen are eager and wander around beforehand.

After the Involvement Fair, all of the ICS organizations will be having an ICS Scavenger hunt around ICS, Engineering, and DBH. For this event we will just need a few members to watch over the Game Lab and a few others to help out with check in that should be happening at 4.
Please fill out the following form to make sure we have someone at our booth the entire day or if you want to help out with the scavenger hunt. Additionally, there is another form below where you can fill our your contact info, just in case if a fellow officer disappears and we need to find them.

And I know the Google Group still says 13-14, I will change it one of these days...

Unless you guys are down to play board games in the game lab.
