Weekly Themes...not working???

I've been submitting to weekly themes pretty regularly and doing it
the same way consistently, but for some reason it will not accept my
link to my image. Not sure what is different as I've done it the same
exact way for every submission prior...has something changed? I've
noticed there are no submissions yet which seems unusual so I'm
thinking I'm not the only one having the issue.

The image I want to upload is "Death Row Gates" with the address:

My previous submissions were using the same format so I don't
understand why this is happening with this submission.

was my submission for last week's theme and it was accepted without
issue...Please advise.

Yeah, this happened once before a while back. It appears to be a site
problem, hopefully it'll be noticed and corrected soon.
