Duplicated thumbnails since server change

I asked a question via the site's contact page in late April and
received an auto-response on 1st May 2009. The auto-response advised a
3-4 week wait but I haven't heard anymore. My problem is that (since I
changed servers) my thumbnails keep duplicating. I've tried to fix it
but to no avail. I'd be very grateful if you would have a look at this
for me.

Three months gone and the situation remains the same. Duplicated
thumbnails and thumbnails that point to other posts (that don't show
their own, specific thumbnails). It's driving me nuts. Any VFXY input
would be very much appreciated.
