Help, I've changed email address and lost the log in to my account.
I've made a donation. I've sent email requests...but still no fix.
Please can anyone assist?

So I still wait for VFXY to respond to my emails. They reply... but
hey guys, where is the action?

VFXY promotes Googlegroups as a means for fixing problems...but does
anyone from VFXY read these messages ...or better still, do VFXY
actually fix the problems?

Does becoming a KNIGHT actually give you a better deal or get your
problems looked at?

Anyone, any ideas?

Hi Teddy,

Are you submitting via the contact form? If so, we're in the process of working through the range of contacts made in the past few weeks. We do continue to support our members, also knight status does give you faster support but there's still a slight wait.

Our Google Groups discussions are meant for others to help each other, as a number of questions we receive are redundant and monotonous. Searching for solutions is sometimes quicker!

Best regards,

David

David,
Good of you to reply...
Yes, I've used the contact form several times going back to April so you can understand my frustration given that it's 4 months of waiting for action not weeks.

Any suggestions?

Karl that's very unfortunate. We have about 250 contact requests in the backlog unfortunately. I'd very much like to scoot you through the process but that would be unfair to the people in front!

I see five pending requests due to not being able to login.

I can't seem to find your email address or last name in the user database. Do you know the display name you used?

David
