qt 5.15.4 opensource

Just a heads up in case people haven't seen it, it looks like Qt has released 5.15.3 and 5.15.4 to opensource in the last couple months.

I assume this is related to this news about KDE taking over the open source releases.  In addition in mentions Qt is allowing open source release of LTS patch versions 1 year after the commercial release.

Qt is compelled to release them within 12 months of the commercial
release. We're going to see these patch releases drip out over the
course of the next year or so.

The Fedora KDE SIG has been tracking and updating Qt based on these
releases after KDE has refreshed their patch collections on top.
