FYI about Qt LTS schedule change

Hey folks,
In case it was missed, the Qt LTS release lifetime was extended to
five years[1]. Consequently, Qt has shifted the releases that will be
LTS[2] to ensure they only have two overlapping LTS releases, so the
next Qt LTS is 6.12 instead of 6.11.
This probably means we need to make changes to the upcoming revisions
of the VFX reference platform spec to account for this.
