Intel oneTBB v2023 - consider for CY2027?

Hi all,

I noticed at the end of last week that Intel released a v2023.0 version of oneTBB.

As the draft CY2027 spec currently lists v2022.x, is there any feedback from the community to recommend changing this to v2023.x, so we don't wait for another cycle?

There isn't obvious mention of ABI/API breakages from 2022, but as it's equivalent to a major version change, I expect recompiliation rather than drop-in will be needed. I caveat that statement with not having tried it (yet).

The input I've had from internal conversations is 'not essential, but could be useful in future work'. I interpret that as ok to adopt if it doesn't impact current behaviour.
