Remove "built with ucs4" qualifier from Python version description

Now that all the python versions listed on the main page of vfx reference platform (https://vfxplatform.com/) are 3.7+, I think we should drop the "built with ucs4" qualifier, since all python builds 3.3+ are UCS4, and it's now just confusing.

(2.x had a "--with-unicode=ucs4" build flag, which got changed to "--with-wide-unicode" in 3.0, which was then removed in 3.3: https://docs.python.org/3.3/whatsnew/3.3.html)
