Now that all the python versions listed on the main page of vfx reference platform (
https://vfxplatform.com/) are 3.7+, I think we should drop the "built with ucs4" qualifier, since all python builds 3.3+ are UCS4, and it's now just confusing.
(2.x had a "--with-unicode=ucs4" build flag, which got changed to "--with-wide-unicode" in 3.0, which was then removed in 3.3:
