aswf-docker containers released for VFX Platform 2023

There should now be a full set of VFX Platform 2023 compliantaswf Docker images, for instance:

Highlights include:

* based on Rocky Linux 8.8 based container, including CUDA 11.8.0
* gcc toolset 11 with gcc 11.2.x
* clang 14.0.6 and 15.0.7 included
* cmake 3.25.2
* latest VFX 2023 versions of ASWF and adjacent projects

For those not familiar: the aswf-docker project generates a set of VFX Platform compliant Docker images that can be used to build ASWF (and adjacent) projects, as well as the ci-vfxall containers which include "everything but the kitchen sync".
