Please take time to fill this out, we need to be heard on how the cuts are affecting us. If anyone is aware of a jurisdiction that has eliminated an educator let me know and I will fill the form out for them.

Thanks

Subject: [NFLSE] Fire prevention survey

Folks...budget cuts are having a significant impact on fire prevention activities and a survey is being done to compile some data on the level of cuts to fire prevention. If you could please take a few minutes to fill it out, that will be very helpful.

This survey is being conducted by a volunteer task group of Vision 20/20 Strategy 1:  Prevention Advocacy.  They are conducting a national survey to determine the size and scope of cuts to fire prevention programs across the U.S.  There is some preliminary information about the impact of those cuts included, but it is their intention to create a sample from these responses and follow up with longer term evaluation on the negative impacts cuts to prevention cause.  The task group is led by Mike Donahue of Montgomery County MD, and Ray O’Brocki of Baltimore.

Please pass it on as well!

Thanks...
