Windows Updates Not Installing When Submitting

Hello,

I am testing Vfense on a pool of machines and am running into a small problem, I am able to install the agent on all the machines, the machines are reporting, and information is populating I see all the installed software and available updates for these machines, but when I attempt to submit a windows update the process errors out, this is only happening for windows machines. Has anyone come across this problem, if so please advise.

Could you tell me the error that your getting back from the install?

Thanks for your response Rafael, sorry we have currently taken this VM that hosts the VFense application offline and will be moving it to a different host. Once its backup I will get you that info, but if this helps I have attached the log for one of the clients

thank you, i will look at the logs to see what i can find, if you are installing  the agent again, be sure you have the latest one up on the site(vfense.org, or https://github.com/vFense/vFenseAgent-win/releases).
