FW: VFC Annual Meeting and Director Change

Dear VFC Member,
It's time for this year's annual board election. This year there are 3
two year and 3 three year slots to be filled on the Board of Directors
of your co-op. Any member is eligible to serve. Board members should
be able to devote 7-10 hours of time per month on average to meetings
and work sessions. Candidates may be proposed by the nominating
committee or by a petition of 20 members. the nominating committee is
seeking interested people.
March 20: last day to submit candidate names to be included on ballot
March 23: turn in 150 word candidate statements to be included in
voter's pamphlet
March 29: candidates' fair at annual meeting, St. Luke's Church
April 1: Ballots will be mailed to members
April 17: Returned ballots must be postmarked on or before this date
May 1: new Board terms begin
