CATMAID instances need more shared memory

Hi all,

This was hit by Stephan before: https://groups.google.com/g/vfb-suport/c/cG6YabPsPCk , but long enough ago that I thought it warranted a new thread.

This can easily be reproduced with

curl https://fafb.catmaid.virtualflybrain.org/1/labels/stats

The postgres instance runs out of shared memory. IIRC you use docker deployments, which by default have quite a low allowance for shared memory (see here https://stackoverflow.com/a/56754077 ); could that be bumped up?

I'm sorry this is still outstanding it requires an orchestration upgrade that has been due for quite a while; we are trying to get IT time dedicated to this as soon as possible.
