I'm still using an old installation of vexim. I had a look on some
interfaces (only the online demo), also ViMbAdmin. It is a really nice
and modern interface compared to vexim but I haven't found any
implementations to exim yet. There are no additional features that make
it interesting enough to change my setup.

I don't use the vexim interface that often and it is not so important
that it looks nice. I decided to keep vexim and to implement dovecot
which allows me to implement sieve-filters (which can be managed by
users via managesieve). There are some other features I'd like to have
(user-controlled mail-aliases, temporary mail adresses, ...).

I found exim4u. They added some features (multi-IP, rate limiting, ...)
to vexim2 but this project doesn't seem to be very active any more
(https://github.com/Exim4U/src). I don't know if there were any plans to
merge both projects?
