Is there is a way to create a simple chord/lyric chart?

I recently discovered this project and it looks very interesting. I am wondering if there is a way to create a simple chord/lyric chart with measures showing the beats with slashes and with chords above and lyrics below, for example: (hope the formatting comes out ok)
