How to add extra space around a note?

Hello,

I'm doing something incredibly trivial using EasyScore to display a single whole note with a G clef for an online quiz application. However, I want more left and right padding around the note as it looks too cramped with the default spacing.

After searching this forum and the API docs, I've not been able to figure out a solution. Changing the render width has no effect.

In addition, it would be helpful to enlarge the display by 20% or so.

I'm now using version 5.0.0 but have the same issue with version 4.2.5.
