Tralasciando l'irritante errore di nomi dei soci... Alla fine sarebbe da capire SE siamo obbligati dagli accordi a comprare o meno.

Mi vien male a rileggere tutto tra contratto di società ed accordi pre-accelerazione.

I think, we sell our Vetiary shares to you personally for the nominal i.e. 811 LTL in total and ask Marco and Palermo to sign waivers, where they agree with such sale. Please confirm.

le carte sono in mano al commercialista che abbiamo ora, nel faldone c'è un sacco di carta per niente accumulata dal coglione di flaborea che ha fatto 60 copie di carte inutili mentre quelle utili sono in mano al comemrcialista in copia singola..
