Another person has been caught taking advantage of a disabled veteran whom they were managing the finances for.   If someone manages your finances? Keep an eye on how they do it, and report anything suspicious to the VAOIG.

Also if you know of someone who has a fiduciary, report what you see if it looks suspicious.  

If you are wrong there is no harm in asking for an audit report. And you can always have a new fiduciary if you are not comfortable with the one you have and there is a good reason to change.
