Dear Readers,
Your VA "compensation and pension payments" are in danger of being delayed because of the VA's funding shortage. As well as access to timely medical treatment. Write Congress and tell them of your concerns on this issue.
Some veterans live day to day, and hand to mouth, and a delay of even one day can devastate their life. Others have some saving and the impact is not as great, but in either case this should not happen.
KEEP IN MIND: you will get your VA payments if delayed, but if possible always keep a little cash on hand to help for a few days, up to a month of delayed benefits.
