Britney Curry is charged with immigration fraud, veterans benefits fraud, and other charges.
She entered the United States temporarily but stayed illegally.
Then she created a sham marriage so she could remain in the U.S. permanently.
Joined the Army to become a citizen: was discharged from the military for disability and claimed dependent benefits to which she was not entitled.
