Unfair VA compensation calculations

Write Congress, the Senate and President Trump, and ask that they address the grossly unfair VA compensation calculations.  I have copied my letter to the President below.

"Dear President Trump, Congratulations on your recent Presidential victory.  

As you may know veterans are currently being cheated out of their VA disability compensation by the VA, as an example I will use my disability rating: 

I am rated 64 percent disabled but the VA rounds down my rating to 60 percent thereby cheating me out of 4 percent rating.  That may seem like a small amount but to a person on a fixed income like myself it is a considerable amount.  

The VA does not pay what they owe.  How about anytime the rating is "a whole number plus one" it is automatically rounded to the next 10 percent, for example: if the disability rating is: 11 percent it would be rounded up to 20 percent and so on, 31 percent would be rounded up to 40 percent, if it is 61 percent it would be rounded to 70 percent, if it is 81 percent it would be rounded to 90 percent and so on for each rating. (10+1 rounds to 20; 20 +1 rounds to 30; 30+1 rounds to 40; 40+1 rounds to 50; 50+1 rounds to 60; 60+1 rounds to70; 70+1 rounds to 80; 80+1 rounds to 90 and 90+1 rounds to 100).  Please address this unfair issue.
