Sparsh login - Withour Aadhaar

Hello everyone,

JAI HIND!

My dad is no more, he passed away last Nov. I am trying to help my mom (OCI card holder in Canada) to set up for family pension. She has the new Sparsh PPO number and login password is created for Sparsh portal. However, the portal is not allowing to access it further without a Aadhar number. 

have someone else has faced same issue, and may be aware of the solution?
