Dear Sirs/Ma'am's , 

All organisations in our great Nation are improving by the day but none is perfect . Any org whether the Judiciary or the Government vested with total power will be a disaster .We therefore need an organisation which has a say from the Politicians/Government but not total decision making power /with an equal number of The judiciary and an equal number from The states  which do not have the rule of the Majority Government in the Centre ( States could be rotated every three years by lottery and must provide eminent jurists who have not been in  Government Service at any level / Active Politics for the last ten years .

This can be A Referendum and final authority  for Constitutional Interpretation/Jurisdiction and  resolution of any diversity of Opinion between the Government and Supreme Court as also the final approvers for the appointment of the Judges .

This is just an initial thought and idea and may need better minds to get us The Final Draft .The Honest , Patriotic and Unbiased body to Safeguard our National Interest is much needed  . As for the Judiciary , God Speed is all I can say . To speed our National Progress we need a lot faster justice  They have to dispense justice as a service and need some accountability with time schedules . Once a common man reaches the courts , he sees no light at the end of the proverbial tunnel and even if he gets favorable orders the Governments give a deaf ear to execution .
