CORRECTION OF SPELLING MISTAKE IN MY SOPUSE SURNAME

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day from Vijaykumar Natvarlal Raval ...!!!!

I, Service No. 635576-H Ex Sergent Vijaykumar Natvarlal Raval have forwarded an Application along with all the required Documents Through Zila Sainik Board to DAV for Correction in the Spouse Surname Spelling in the month of November 2025. The same was confirmed as Received by DAV on 02nd of December 2025. To day on 11th May I am still waiting for the correction NE POR for my Spouse. This will enable me to go and apply in turn for correction in SPARSH Details of my Family. After which I will be able to apply for availing my ECHS Card. 

Though, this write up will look long, but the IRNOY is the same thing if approached through a Veteran Legal Forum ( who will charge you handsomly0 for their Assistant to apply and get the NE POR Issued in say about a WEEK or Max to Max FORTNIGHT. 

The Most Horrible part of taking up this kind of matter for solution is that for floow up you got to

1. Approach DAV Only

2,  Calling DAV Toll free Number is a TOLLEST task, cause, hardly you get connection on first call after 1 hour OR more.

3. DAV Site NOT WORKING SINCE MORE THEN 02 Months Can't get update of your Application ONLINE. since, after forwarding your application by ZSB to concerned. they do not take any responsibilities for further FOLLOW-UPs. 

4. For applying ECHS Card you got to stop your FMA. Since February 2025 I have stopped getting FMS and I am still waiting for NE POR, to SIMPLY apply for it  evenafter 15 months passed, (Only yor Financial Loss, without anyone's responsibility).

There are N number of Details to raise Grievances but NO one to Approach for the same, neither they would listen to you.

I am in Need of Solution, without having to know how to get it.
