My Experience with Pizza Hut- Beware, You have been Warned !!

I feel Dominos are market leaders with a reason. I ordered a pizza on net, and paid for it yesterday 1412 hrs or so. They confirmed delivery by 1447. Around 1420 someone rang up from Sector 61 outlet to ask my address. Told, Sector 36, he said the order had wrongly been routed to them. Around 1435 someone from Sector 50 outlet rang up with same query, and said there had been some confusion. When till 1500 (3PM) nobody showed up, I organized some Maggie took my medicines, and went in for my afternoon rest. I am senior citizen and need a regulated routine. No sooner than that, someone turned up and rang the bell, to try and deliver the pizza. One and Half Hour late !!! I turned him away. SHOCKINGLY, NO RESPONSE OR REFUND FROM PIZZA HUT. @@&%*&@@@ !!! My advise: DON'T order from Pizza Hut. And if you do, Don't pay before you receive the pizza. They are liable to steal your money. I am sharing this with my friends too. Don't buy from Pizza Hut. Big Crooks.

Thanks. I feel sorry for you because it was a matter related to food. But this seems to be happening all the time with online transactions and there seems to be no respite!
