Budget 2026- disability pension taxable

Dear friends, 

The only way is to file a PIL by the gp of offrs injured in wars or other such anti- terrorist  ops  but not boarded out in the Honourable Supreme Court. 

In my opin̈ion there is no other way if Parliament passes this bill as projected.

Brig Inder Mohan Singh , President of IESL is seized with the problem of taxing of disability pension of veterans who left service on grounds of  voluntary/superannuation. He  requested  affected veterans to have patience till the act is passed by the Parliament. He want's to have a mtg joined by all stake holders with Secy ESW and thereafter file a collective PIL  and requested veterans to refrain from filing individual petitions
