Dear
Sir,
I
wish to bring my concerns regarding the above Pension Account as given above.
- I received an SMS from sparsh.defencepension.gov.in on
10 March 2023 that my Sparsh account has been created. Accordingly I tried
to access the account on my laptop but failed. I then visited the DPDO
office in Sector 44 Gurgaon who helped in rectifying the error of
Password.
- After the password was reset by me, I accessed the site
and found most of the data disabled with a notice also saying the same. I
could access the Verification of Data Sheet and checked all details about
myself, family and the Bank details. To my surprise, I found that the
Punjab National Bank Gurgaon Branch No 522510 and the IFSC Code PUNB522510
have been quoted correctly but the Branch is shown as HALISAHAR instead of
GURGAON. I visited the DPDO office again , my personal requests to
the DPDO and his staff, went unheeded and the same has remained
unrectified so far.
- I have again received an SMS from the Sparsh authorities
dated 28 March 2023 which informed me that a Corrigendum PPO 101200000187
has been generated against Original PPO 101200000187. To view my
entitlements in the Pay Slip my pension as on 1 July 2019 has been
correctly revised. Further, I was very surprised that 43% commutation
value (of Dec 2000 when I retired)which is to be deducted from Pension for
15 years has been deducted (Rs 4493) and Rs 1,04,307/- has been
shown as Residual Retiring Pension. I fail to understand why this has been
done when I had cleared all commutation dues by January 2016, some seven
years back. I had retired on 31 December 2000 which should leave no doubts
on whether commutation was to be deducted, since 22 years plus have
elapsed. The Bank continues to be shown as HALISAHAR instead of Gurgaon.
- The above glaring mistakes are likely to figure in
payments been disbursed by Sparsh Cell of CDA Pensions Prayagraj, in
future also. I need your help to correct the mistakes before they become
too difficult to correct.
May
I seek your kind intervention and help as all efforts to air my grievances with
Sparsh Portal have failed and there is no one prepared to listen to my very
legitimate concerns.
Thanking
You
Yours
Faithfully
