Like it is essential to read the USER MANUAL of an equipment to employ it optimally, it is important for us ECHS users to know details of how the Delivery End of ECHS functions. We would then be able to handle situations vis-a- vis ECHS far better, and probably blame the 'system' and the OC Polyclinics less.

An SOP on Bill Processing, issued by ECHS Central Org is attached herein for info and dissemination to other ESM, for knowledge is Power.

As you are perhaps aware, IESM has an ECHS Division to assist in improving Veteran Healthcare Pan India. I am the Coordinator of the ECHS Div. We had in 2009 worked on a paper to involve the Veteran community at large towards this goal. This, "Concept Paper #1" is also attached herein for perusal, with a hope to motivate more volunteers.
