This is a policy letter on ADLRS issued in Sep 2028. I do not know if any further instructions exist.
Para 1 (a) is fully understood. But a clarity is requested.
There are a number of ESM (Army Personnel) registerd with the Naval Base Canteen at Kochi for many years. It was not by choice but those Army ESM living around Kochi had no other option since this was
the only Canteen facility available for years. Tough, of late, some Canteens have been opened unde the aeis of the Army in Kochi and nearby non-mil stns.
How is the ADLRS privilege extended to those ESM (Army) who are presently registered with Navy Base Canteen? Navy does not release the ADLRS amount to tye Army ESM.
Any advice for the benefit of such Army ESM in the present context?
