🚨 Reminders to CGDA and TCS:

We reminded Sh Vishvajit Sahay, Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA), of our 10 Nov 25 open letter, which has seen no response for 21 days. As the overall boss of the defence pension ecosystem, we urge CGDA to act decisively. The issues are :

We feel that SPARSH has failed us, we were better off with the Bank. SPARSH  is non-responsive and provides false responses to queries, even after a long wait. Needs a shakeup
