Dear Sir ,

                I am a Govt of India (Rlys) pensioner drawing my pension through PNB Mahanagar Branch Lucknow in my saving bank account number 0758000100003688 with the said branch.  On 29th Jan. I received following 2 messages from IM-PNBGBD :-

      (i) Dear Pensioner , TDS DEDUCTED 44732/- , PENSION CREDITED FOR 201801 : Rs 100030/- From  PNBHOGBD

      (ii) Dear Pensioner , TDS DEDUCTED 16105/- , PENSION CREDITED FOR 201801 : Rs 87361/-  From  PNBGHOBD

                      It appears that the 1st amount pertains to arrears and 2nd amount pertains to pension for the month of Jan , 2018. However it is seen that till 2nd Feb these amounts have not been credited in my saving account for pension.

               May I therefore request you to look into the matter and expedite the necessary action so that my pension is credited in my account.

I am Lt.Col.Basant Singh&my PNB a/c no is 0323000300345700.My bank address is GTRoad MODINAGAR(Ghaziabad)UP-201204.For fin.yr. 2017/18 TDS was deducted on monthly basis.could u pl tell me when/who will provide TDS cert. On form-16 . I have already my bank twice.Thank you

Bank is suppose to provide TDS cert. It can also be down loaded from TRACES a site where Income Tax department monitors it.
