Respected Sir / Madam,

 

1.         May I beg to submit the few lines for your kind consideration and favourable order / action please.

 

2.         I have been sent a letter to Record Office Air Force, Subroto Park, New Delhi for requesting of grant of family pension payment order on 01 August 2025 alongwith its connected documents and Email sent to you on 01 Apr 2026.   However, a copy of the said application is attached to this mail for your perusal and early action is requested please.

 

3.         I am now going on 67 years of age, I have diabetic patient and I could not take medical treatment at Ex-servicemen’s Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) due to I did not have family pension payment order.

 

4.         Kindly intimate present position of my case due to no source of income for me except my deceased husband’s meagre pension obtaining from Sales Tax Department as for my medical treatment.

 

5.         In view of the above, you are requested to take necessary action to my family pension and sanction me please be accorded for issuing family pension payment order as soon as possible.

 

            Your kind co-operation in this regard will highly be appreciated please.
