OROP-2 PAYMENT OF ARREARS - VERDICT OF SC

Dear Friends,

 

As expected the SC has allowed the Govt to pay the arears  by instalments as under:-

1. By 30^th Apr to 6 Lakh Family pensioners and Gallantry Award Winners,
2. By 30^th Jun to Pensioners above 70 yrs of age.
3. To the balance pensioners in two instalments by 30 Nov 23 and 28 Feb 24.

The next equilisation due in Apr 24 will not be disturbed.
