Hi,

I wanna to understand the physical significance of isosurface with respect to constant isovalue/isolevel (in my case charge density)? How the meaning of isosurface changes from 3D ti 2D slice?

Moreover, how can we analyze charge density through different colors of isosurface plots.

How do we select the isolevel/isovalue for isosurface plot or what is the criteria of selection of isovalue?
