Dear VESTA users/developers, how are you?
I'm using VESTA to study magnetic topology in the field of Molecular Magnetism. Being able to use VESTA to hide certain atoms and then being able to create bonds with the desired length to connect magnetic centers are features that I always wanted and VESTA is the first software that allowed me to do this with almost no effort.
I need to do one last thing to generate figures that are perfect to describe magnetic topologies: represent bonds with different lengths by different colors. Let's say, I want all bonds with 6.9 A to be red and all bonds with 10 A to be blue. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for any help

P.S.: Attached is an example of what I'm trying to draw: magnetic interactions between coppers.

Dear Henrique,

a) make sure you have defined each "sort" of bond with an own specification in the Edit bonds... window:

No. 1 Cu Cu Min = 0  Max = 6
No. 2 Cu Cu Min =6.1 Max = 10

b) Go to "Objects - Properties - Bonds..." and make sure that under "Bond style" the entry "Unicolor cylinder" is selected

c) Go to the Objects tab, Click on bonds and click on the small color icon (default = gray) and choose a color of your choice for each bond object.

Hope, this helps!

best
Frank
