Help in creating a slab with neutral charge

Dear Help Team,

I am new to Vesta but wanted to create a metal oxide slab surface for molecular dynamics simulations. I just tried to create it by extending its boundary condition exported it and used it for MD simulation I am getting the net charge in floating point. Looking forward to your help. I will learn.
