How to make a VESTA visualization better and save it

Hi, Guys

Is there any way to make a vesta visualization better and keep it to recover later?

First question:

The first one is as for vesta default, bad visualization. Is there any way to make all the atoms to be put inside unit cell?

Second question:

The bottom figure is modified one which is better for looking. To make this I have extended unit cell to x-direction then remove extra atoms outside unit cell. The problem is how can I save this figure or all the configuration. When save to a.vesta file and reload to VESTA, the first default figure is recovered. I can't save the second one. And I see that when I remove atoms, the visualization check does not change. As for the selected atom, not only remove (by delete key), if we can unvisualize them, that is, remove check-mark under menu 'Objects' and V-column, and we could save those configurations, it would be great.

Is anything possible in VESTA?
