How to read .vst file?

That file is for color scheme.
ChatGpt says that vesta can read .vst file and import the color scheme from that file.

But, I am not sure that it is possbie?

I can't find file import method in, ChatGpt says, Menu/Edit/Preferences...

There is no option to read .vst file,
