Hello,

I just went to run the Powder X-Ray Diffraction setting, and found that their was no rietan in /usr/bin. I downloaded the older rietan-2000, however upon running the setting it only generated the RIETAN header, complained about nested if statements then quit.

I went in search of the RIETAN-FP, but it only seems available for Windows and MacOSX. Is it possible to get a pre-compiled build of RIETMAN-FP? Otherwise it should not be advertised as a feature on the Linux side if it is not available.

Thanks

Yes, it has been a long-standing issue wit RIETAN. I guess not too many Linux user out there, so the support has ceased, even though I imagine it porting from OSX version would not be too difficult. However since the version 3.3.2 VESTA comes with a new PDF simulation dialog, which I found works great under linux, even though it is somewhat limited at the moment. Great thanks to Koichi for that!
