It's possible to label the atoms that appears in the 2D display using the program?! Or I already have to know when I choose the plane to slice?!
To be more clear, in the picture appear some atoms, about 7 atoms... the program can tell who is each? or I already have to know each one?

Thanks!

As far as I know, it's not possible to label the atoms in the 2D data display.  It is, however, possible to select three atoms and display the plane which cuts through all of them, which might help you to figure out what you're looking at.  To do this, select three atoms using the angle measurement tool.  Next, go to the 2D data display, click 'Slice...' and then click 'Calculate the best plane for the selected atoms'.

Yeah, thanks!!
Before I was using the tool Rotate to select the atoms... but your way it's better!! Thanks!!

but if the program showed the label could be better, to avoid mistakes!! but have a little patience and careful we can make right!
Thanks!
