When I plot charge density using 2D Data Display, I first get the attached "100.png" by default. Then, I change "100%" in "Saturation levels" to "10%", and then I get the attached "10.png".
My understanding is that, for "100%.png", the top red of the left color bar should correspond to the charge density maximum value Z(max) = 0.025757 bohr^3, while, for "10%.png", the top red of the left color bar should correspond to the charge density value 10%Z(max) = 0.0025757 bohr^3. Is this understanding correct? I cannot find any description in VESTA manual for the detail of percentage values in 2D Data Display.
