Atom labels, color and position

Hello

Is there a way to change the color/font/size of the labels of a specific atom ? Using the object tab I can show a label but it is often hard to read it because it is too small and dark.

Moreover, is it possible to shift the labels ? In properties, at the bottom of the Atoms tab there is "Offset along z direction (A)" but it seems to have no effect.
