VESTA 3.1.0 is now available from
http://jp-minerals.org/vesta/
This is a general bug fix release of VESTA 3 series.
Changes in this release are as follows.

Fixed a bug that ver. 3.0.9 crashes on Windows when calculating an
interatomic distance.
Fixed a bug related to users' preferences. In the previous VESTA 3
series, when users did not have permission to write in the program
directory, users' settings were always initialized when starting VESTA.
Updated the template file of RIETAN-FP, *.ins. The file format is
incompatible with ver. 1.x series of RIETAN-FP. To simulate powder
diffraction pattern, please make sure that you are using the latest
version of RIETAN-FP.
