Update to master

I just pushed quite a bit up to master.  The majority of it is work that Inspiran has done to move toward a proof of concept.  There are a few things that need to be done, we could use more test coverage and also, just more eyes to look over things and throw out thoughts and ideas.

I hope to push up part of the Monetary bundle in the next couple of days.
