Published paper attachment

Hi,

This is in reference to the previous mail related to attaching technical paper to the end of black book. But only already published papers are supposed to attach to the black book as mentioned.

If your papers are not published yet keep the hard copy of the paper with specified format( as per the conference or journal requirement where you are trying to publish it) in a separate file when you are coming for project viva. Either  a published paper attached with black book or a ready paper on separate file is compulsory with each project group.

Please handover a copy of your feed back,project completion certificate /internship completion certificate to internal guide.

Also send the filled soft copy of attached document(those who not done ) to internal guides mail id.
