Adlabs Imagica is Indias newest holiday destination that has an international standards Theme Park, a water park called Aquamagica and a 285 room family hotel that opens to welcome guests by early April 2015. During its 18 month presence, Adlabs Imagica has hosted more than 1.50 million guests, more than 300 corporates and 1000+ schools. The destination, 12 kms before Lonavala operates all the year round, has everything for all members of family and leaves you with memories that last a life time.
To fuel our growth Plans we are looking for:
Position : Sr executives Operations and Fulfillment
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel
Salary Offered: Upto 3 Lacs P.A

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Have the ability to provide group query quotations for B2B and B2C requests.
2. Should be able to re negotiate do regular follow ups and coordinate with various departments to provide accurate rates and confirmations.
3. Reconfirmations on all ends with regards to group queries.
4. Should be able to provide quick resolutions to customer service issues.
5. Should maintain an updated Sales Tracker and Query Tracker of group inquiries..
6. Internal communication in terms of group confirmations
7. Negotiating with hotels/ Park F&B team for acquiring best rates.
8. Tight check on comparison of same query from B2B and B2C and to ensure rate parity.
9. Making hotel bookings and setting up a process on the same to process payments.
10. Complete update from query to confirmation to settling payments to feedback to customers.
11.Resolving customer service issues. 12. good With excel
