Dear Students,

MMS Batch 2013-15,

 

I hope you all are doing well in different spheres of your career and life. Once again it’s a time for you all to cherish the golden reveries of your good old days of college by meeting your batch mates and faculties.

 

It gives us immense pleasure to invite you and your parents for the ‘Convocation Ceremony’ of MMS Batch 

2013-15 scheduled on Tuesday, 19^th January 2016.

 

The dress code for the event is Head Gear (Safa) + Black Jacket to be worn over your dress.

 

The Jacket and Safa will be provided by the institute. In view of the dress code and color it would be advisable to wear a white or off white - Kurta along with Jeans/Trousers/ Pyjama / Salwar (for ladies).

 

All are requested to be present in the institute by 6.00 p.m.Students and parents to be seated in Auditorium at Sharp 7.00 PM.

The function will be preceded by a Ceremonial Procession from VESIM Reception to Vivekanand Statue and ending on the Ground Floor, Auditorium Stage. It will be led by the Registrar, Chief Guest, Trustees and the Director followed by all the Faculties and Staff members.

Program will be followed by Dinner.

List of Students for Convocation, Invitation and Programme Schedule for the event is attached for your ready reference.

Your presence will be highly solicited . Looking forward to meet you all in person .
