Trouble downloading the Self-contained filemaker camera-report OSX application

I'm having trouble downloading the Self-contained filemaker camera-report OSX application.

I open the application, "ves-camera-reports", and then it says "The primary file “ves_camera_reports” cannot be found and is required for this application." Is there something I'm missing?
