An weired issue in Rxjava 3 test

Today I updated all of my Vertx example projects to the latest Vertx 5.1.3, an weired issue I encountered. I used 8888 as the default port in the RxJava 3 example,

The tests worked on my local machine, but on GitHub Actions, they always failed due to an error like " java.net.BindException: Address already in use ".  I have changed the tests to use `BeforeAll` to start a single deployment, still failed.

Perhaps do you have other tests in the test suite that leave a server listening on the same port?
