Pagination with Mutiny

Hi Julien,

pagination with mutiny is easy if we'd use a simple numbered pagination in Mutiny. But I need to use next page info extracted from header  (so that's in the response) for next iteration, how should we implement it?

A few elements:

• pagination depends on what the underlying network driver/publisher does
  
• Mutiny contexts are efficient for storing per-subscription data
